During the search, going through the offer process and right thru closing Paul served us with detailed guidance and quick answers to our questions. Paul made selling our home in Avalon a breeze. It sold four days after it hit the MLS. He is low key but all business when he needs to be. He gave us great guidance in a very fast moving market place and made sure as sellers that we didn't short ourselves. He also made buying our next house just off island a very easy process.
