I have had the privilege of working with the Sudell Team, specifically with Katie, for many years. Initially, our family rented for a week in the summer at different homes listed by Katie, but about ten years ago we purchased a condominium that was listed by Guy and began to rent through Ferguson Dechert. It has been a fantastic relationship and partnership. If there was ever any issue with the renters, Katie and her team quickly interceded on our behalf and rectified any problems. These problems may have been minor, i.e. propane for the gas grill needing to be refilled or more significant issues with damage to the property. If an insurance claim needed to be filed, and paperwork and receipts were required, Katie and her team took care of every detail. Katie is organized and thorough, she knows the market and there were numerous times I relied on her for her expertise and advice. She was also a great source of information if I needed to find a contractor or handyman to do some work at the condo. Her list of contacts is extensive and invaluable when you live in Pa., and something needs to be done in Avalon. She is always available for a call or a text. Honestly, she probably works too hard and is too dedicated to her job. I highly recommend her and her team, buying or renting, she is the BEST! She is so customer friendly, it’s a pleasure to work with her.
