We have used Kate Sudell as our rental realtor for the last couple of years. We met Kate during an open house she was representing and were so impressed with her professionalism and demeanor, that we decided to have her represent our rental property. And Kate has been worth every penny!! When a renter was having a plumbing problem, she sent her "on staff" handyman down within the hour and had the issue resolved quickly. When there was another issue, Kate went to our property in person and quickly resolved the issue. When she takes on your property, she treats everything as if it was her own property. She vets renters for us. And she tries to pull from a list of vetted previous renters that she has dealt with in the past, so you know you are getting good considerate renters. She goes above and beyond. Calls and emails are always answered promptly. We are now even using her recommended cleaners because we know if Kate recommends them, they will be good!! If you want someone to take care of your property as if it was their own property, then Kate is your realtor. I can not recommend her enough!! She is awesome,!! We have been through multiple realtors over the years and Kate is by far the best we ever had.
