Kate Sudell

Kate has been working for the Sudell Team since 2006, specializing in Vacation Rentals and Sales on Seven Mile Island.  She connects with her clients on a personal level, in an effort to find them the best vacation destination for their individual needs each and every year.  Kate is diligent in her follow-up and always makes herself accessible to her clients.  Her clients know they can trust her and value the opinions she provides whether it’s in booking the perfect vacation home or purchasing the home of their dreams where they will make memories to last a lifetime.  Kate is an active Board member for the Avalon Chamber of Commerce and loves spending her spare time with her family!
