Paul Sudell

Real Estate is in Paul's blood ever since he was a young boy. With his father, Guy, having a very successful career of over 40 years, Paul has benefited from the knowledge and experience that has molded him into person he is today.  This has sparked Paul's tireless work ethic and given him a blueprint for success to ensure his clients get the maximum benefit this island can offer whether it be buying, selling, developing or renting.  As a child, Paul would spend every waking moment by the water fishing, boating, or surfing. Paul soon went on to double major at Florida Atlantic University in Finance and Marketing.  He was also able to secure an MBA in International Business where he received Cum Laude in both his undergrad and his masters.  Shortly after college, Paul returned home to pursue his career in real estate alongside his father, Guy, and sister Kate Sudell.  With Paul’s extensive knowledge of the market, zoning regulations, construction and holding his clients hands throughout the entire transaction process, you will be sure to have an incredible experience in finding the perfect opportunity for you and your family.  In Paul’s free time, he enjoys spending time with those he loves most; his wife Natalie, and 3 young daughters, Ava, Viviana, and Adriana.  You can be sure to find Paul and his family boating around 7 Mile Island, at one of its pristine beaches or enjoying a night on the town with ice cream and sprinkles in hand with his girls.
